Przesłuchania konkursowe odbędą się publicznie, w trzech etapach:
1) I etap,
2) II etap,
3) III etap – Finał.

1. Program I etapu przesłuchań obejmuje:
1) jeden z Kaprysów op. 1 N. Paganiniego z wyłączeniem Kaprysów nr 13, 14, 16 i 20 lub jeden z Kaprysów op. 10 H. Wieniawskiego z wyłączeniem Kaprysu nr 1;
2) jeden z Kaprysów op. 29 K. Lipińskiego;
3) jedną z Fug z poprzedzającą częścią z Sonat BWV 1001, 1003, 1005 J.S. Bacha lub Ciaccona z Partity BWV 1004 J. S. Bacha.

2. Program II etapu przesłuchań obejmuje
1) jedną z Sonat na skrzypce i fortepian następujących kompozytorów:
– L. van Beethoven VII Sonata c-moll op.30 nr 2, VIII Sonata G-dur op.30 nr 3, IX Sonata a-moll op.47 „Kreutzerowska”;
– R. Schumann I Sonata a-moll op. 105;
– J. Brahms I Sonata G-dur op.78, II Sonata A-dur op.100, III Sonata d-moll op. 108;
– E. Grieg III Sonata op.45;
– M. Gąsieniec – Sonata na skrzypce i fortepian (PWM nr kat. 12746);
– C. Debussy – Sonata g-moll L. 140;
– G. Fauré – I Sonata A-dur op. 13;
– C. Franck – Sonata A-dur;
– S. Prokofiew – I Sonata f-moll op. 80;
– S. Prokofiew – II Sonata D-dur op. 94a;
– M. Ravel – Sonata G-dur;
– G. Bacewicz – IV Sonata;
– J. Paderewski – Sonata a-moll op. 13;
– K. Szymanowski – Sonata d-moll op. 9;
2) dowolny utwór wirtuozowski na skrzypce solo lub z towarzyszeniem fortepianu, nieprzekraczający 15 minut;
3) utwór współczesny na skrzypce solo napisany specjalnie na II Międzynarodowy Konkurs Skrzypcowy im. Karola Lipińskiego (nuty zostaną wysłane do zakwalifikowanych uczestników miesiąc przed rozpoczęciem konkursu).

3. Program III etapu przesłuchań – Finał – obejmuje:
1) Rondo alla Polacca E-dur op. 13 K. Lipińskiego;
2) jeden z następujących koncertów skrzypcowych:
– J. Brahms – Koncert skrzypcowy D-dur op. 77;
– M. Karłowicz – Koncert skrzypcowy A-dur op. 8;
– F. Mendelssohn – Koncert skrzypcowy e-moll op. 64;
– J. Sibelius – Koncert skrzypcowy d-moll op. 47;
– H. Wieniawski – II Koncert skrzypcowy d-moll op. 22;
– K. Szymanowski- I Koncert skrzypcowy op.35.

The competition auditions shall be open to the public and will be held in three rounds:
1) 1st round,
2) 2nd round,
3) 3rd round – the Finals.

1. The repertoire of the 1st round of the auditions includes:
1) one of the Caprices, Op. 1 by Niccolo Paganini, excluding Caprices Nos. 13, 14, 16 and 20 or one of the Caprices, Op. 10 by Henryk Wieniawski, excluding Caprice No. 1;
2) one of the Caprices, Op. 29 by Karol Lipiński;
3) one of the fugues from the Sonatas BWV 1001, 1003, 1005 by J.S. Bach with its preceding movement, or Chaconne from Partita BWV 1004 by J.S. Bach.

2. The repertoire of the 2nd round of the auditions includes:
1) one of the Sonatas for piano and violin by the following composers:
– L. van Beethoven – Sonata No. 7 in C minor Op. 30 No. 2; Sonata No. 8 in G major Op. 30 No. 3; Sonata No. 9 in A minor Op. 47 “Kreutzer Sonata”;
– R. Schumann – Sonata No. 1 in A minor Op. 105;
– J. Brahms – Sonata No. 1 in G major Op. 78; Sonata No. 2 in A major Op. 100; Sonata No. 3 in D minor Op. 108;
– E. Grieg – Sonata No. 3 Op. 45;
– M. Gąsieniec – Sonata for violin and piano (PWM cat. no. 12746);
– C. Debussy – Sonata in G minor L. 140,
– G. Fauré – Sonata No. 1 in A major Op. 13;
– C. Franck – Sonata in A major;
– S. Prokofiev – Sonata No. 1 in F minor Op. 80; Sonata No. 2 in D major Op. 94a;
– M. Ravel – Sonata in G major;
– G. Bacewicz – Sonata No. 4;

2) a freely chosen virtuoso piece for solo violin or for violin with piano
accompaniment, lasting no longer than 15 minutes;
3) a contemporary piece for solo violin, composed specifically for the 2nd Karol Lipiński International Violin Competition (the score will be sent to qualified participants one month before the competition begins).

3. The repertoire of the 3rd round of the auditions – the Finals – includes:
1) Rondo alla Polacca in E Major, Op. 7 by K. Lipiński;
2) one of the following violin concertos:
– J. Brahms – Violin concerto in D major Op. 77;
– M. Karłowicz – Violin concerto in A major Op. 8;
– F. Mendelssohn – Violin concerto in E minor Op. 64;
– J. Sibelius – Violin concerto in D minor Op. 47;
– H. Wieniawski – Violin concerto No. 2 in D minor Op. 22;
– K. Szymanowski – Violin concerto No. 1 Op. 35.

REGULAMIN
II MIĘDZYNARODOWEGO KONKURSU SKRZYPCOWEGO im. KAROLA LIPIŃSKIEGO

POSTANOWIENIA OGÓLNE
§ 1

1. Niniejszy Regulamin II Międzynarodowego Konkursu Skrzypcowego im. Karola Lipińskiego określa zasady przeprowadzenia II Międzynarodowego Konkursu Skrzypcowego im. Karola Lipińskiego organizowanego przez Akademię Muzyczną im. Karola Lipińskiego we Wrocławiu.

2. II Międzynarodowy Konkurs Skrzypcowy im. Karola Lipińskiego odbędzie się we Wrocławiu w dniach 22–28 listopada 2026 roku.

3. Ilekroć w niniejszym Regulaminie II Międzynarodowego Konkursu Skrzypcowego im. Karola Lipińskiego jest mowa o:
1) Regulaminie – należy przez to rozumieć niniejszy Regulamin II Międzynarodowego Konkursu Skrzypcowego im. Karola Lipińskiego;
2) Konkursie – należy przez to rozumieć II Międzynarodowy Konkurs Skrzypcowy im. Karola Lipińskiego, o którym mowa w ust. 1;
3) Akademii, Organizatorze lub AMKL – należy przez to rozumieć Akademię Muzyczną im. Karola Lipińskiego we Wrocławiu;
4) Kandydacie – należy przez to rozumieć osobę, która przesłała zgłoszenie na Konkurs;
5) Uczestniku – należy przez to rozumieć kandydata, którego zgłoszenie na Konkurs zostało przyjęte.

4. Kierownictwo artystyczne Konkursu sprawuje dr hab. Paweł Jabłczyński, prof. AMKL.

5. Kierownictwo organizacyjne Konkursu sprawuje dr Magdalena Ziarkowska-Kołacka.

KANDYDACI
§ 2

Do udziału w Konkursie mogą przystąpić skrzypkowie wszystkich narodowości, urodzeni w latach 1991- 2010, spełniający warunki opisane w niniejszym Regulaminie. Laureaci poprzednich edycji Konkursu nie mogą przystąpić do Konkursu.

ZGŁOSZENIA DO KONKURSU
§ 3

1. Warunkiem przystąpienia do Konkursu jest przesłanie w terminie do 20 września 2026 roku kompletnego zgłoszenia obejmującego:
1) wypełniony formularz zgłoszeniowy Konkursu, który dostępny jest pod adresem: https://forms.gle/cAyrfk6NFuXPLqPr6;
2) krótką notę biograficzną Kandydata (o objętości do ok. ½ znormalizowanej strony A4, tj. ok. 1000 znaków);
3) kopię dokumentu urzędowego, wskazującego na datę urodzenia Kandydata;
4) 3 aktualne fotografie Kandydata, w tym co najmniej jedna portretowa, do wykorzystania w publikacjach konkursowych (w wersji elektronicznej 300–1200 dpi; akceptowane formaty: jpg, gif, bmp, jpeg);
5) życiorys Kandydata zawierający informacje o najważniejszych aktywnościach artystycznych Kandydata z trzech ostatnich lat;
6) nagranie audio-video zawierające wykonanie przez Kandydata:
a) jednego z kaprysów op. 10 Henryka Wieniawskiego, z wyłączeniem Kaprysu nr 1 lub jednego z kaprysów op. 29 Karola Lipińskiego;
b) jednej z fug z poprzedzającą częścią z Sonat BWV 1001, 1003, 1005 J. S. Bacha lub Ciaccona z Partity BWV 1004 J. S. Bacha.
Nagranie winno być zrealizowane jako całość, jedną nieruchomą kamerą, bez cięć pomiędzy utworami, bez cięć montażowych w trakcie wykonywania utworu i bez modyfikacji ścieżki dźwiękowej. Na nagraniu winna być widoczna cała sylwetka kandydata w sposób umożliwiający jednoznaczną wizualną identyfikację. Nagranie należy zamieścić w serwisie YouTube w rozdzielczości 1080p., z ustawioną opcją widoczności „niepubliczny” oraz wyłączoną możliwością komentowania i oceniania. W tytule nagrania należy umieścić nazwę Konkursu, imię i nazwisko Kandydata i pełne tytuły wykonywanych utworów. Link do nagrania należy podać w formularzu zgłoszeniowym;
7) dowód wpłaty wpisowego w wysokości 120 EURO na rachunek bankowy:
PL 40 1090 2398 0000 0001 0205 0428
z podaniem tytułu wpłaty II Międzynarodowy Konkurs Skrzypcowy im. K. Lipińskiego – wpisowe oraz imienia i nazwiska Kandydata. Wszelkie opłaty związane z wpłatą wpisowego ponosi Kandydat.

2. Zgłoszenie, a także korespondencja związana z uczestnictwem w Konkursie, winny być sformułowane w języku polskim lub angielskim. Zgłoszenie niespełniające warunków określonych w Regulaminie może zostać pozostawione bez rozpoznania. Akademia nie zwraca przesłanych przez Kandydatów dokumentów i materiałów.

3. Zgłoszenie do Konkursu składa się poprzez formularz elektroniczny dostępny pod adresem: https://forms.gle/cAyrfk6NFuXPLqPr6.

4. Po otrzymaniu kompletnego zgłoszenia Akademia potwierdzi przyjęcie zgłoszenia Kandydata do Konkursu na adres e-mail wskazany w formularzu zgłoszeniowym.

PRZEBIEG KONKURSU
§ 4

1. Konkurs obejmuje:
1) eliminacje,
2) przesłuchania konkursowe.

2. Eliminacje obejmują kwalifikacje do przesłuchań konkursowych na podstawie zgłoszeń i nagrań, o których mowa w § 3 ust. 1 pkt 6, ocenianych przez Jury etapu eliminacyjnego, w składzie określonym przez Organizatora. Szczegółowe zasady pracy Jury etapu zawiera Regulamin Pracy Jury etapu eliminacyjnego określony przez Jury.

3. Do przesłuchań konkursowych zakwalifikowanych zostanie 20 Uczestników, którzy otrzymają najwyższą punktację w etapie eliminacji.\

4. Lista Uczestników zakwalifikowanych do udziału w przesłuchaniach konkursowych zostanie podana do wiadomości publicznej poprzez ogłoszenie na stronie internetowej Akademii nie później niż 30 września 2026 roku.

PRZESŁUCHANIA KONKURSOWE
§ 5

Przesłuchania konkursowe odbędą się publicznie, w trzech etapach:
1) I etap,
2) II etap,
3) III etap – Finał.

§ 6

1. Program I etapu przesłuchań obejmuje:

1) Rondo alla Polacca E-dur op. 13 K. Lipińskiego;
2) jeden z następujących koncertów skrzypcowych:
– J. Brahms – Koncert skrzypcowy D-dur op. 77;
– M. Karłowicz – Koncert skrzypcowy A-dur op. 8;
– F. Mendelssohn – Koncert skrzypcowy e-moll op. 64;
– J. Sibelius – Koncert skrzypcowy d-moll op. 47;
– H. Wieniawski – II Koncert skrzypcowy d-moll op. 22;
– K. Szymanowski- I Koncert skrzypcowy op.35.

§ 7

1. Uczestnik określa utwory wybrane do wykonania w przesłuchaniach konkursowych w zgłoszeniu do Konkursu.

2. Utwory wybrane do wykonania w przesłuchaniach konkursowych należy wykonać z pamięci, z zastrzeżeniem, że w II etapie przesłuchań dopuszczalne jest wykonanie z nut sonaty z fortepianem.

§ 8

1. Losowanie kolejności występów konkursowych Uczestników w I etapie przesłuchań odbędzie się w dniu 20 listopada 2026 r. Kolejność występów zostanie ogłoszona na stronie internetowej Akademii.

2. Kierownik artystyczny Konkursu ma prawo dokonywania zmian w kolejności występów konkursowych Uczestników w ramach jednego dnia ze względów organizacyjnych i programowych.

3. Do II etapu przesłuchań zostanie zakwalifikowanych maksymalnie 12 Uczestników.

4. Do udziału w III etapie przesłuchań – Finale zostanie zakwalifikowanych maksymalnie 6 Uczestników – finalistów.

§ 9

1. Akademia umożliwi Uczestnikom Konkursu korzystanie z sal do ćwiczeń, w zakresie wynikającym z możliwości organizacyjnych Akademii.

2. Akademia zapewnia Uczestnikom pianistę – kameralistę, przy czym skorzystanie z tej możliwości wymaga zaznaczenia w formularzu zgłoszeniowym.

3. Uczestnicy zakwalifikowani do III etapu – Finału wystąpią z Akademicką Orkiestrą Kameralną AMKL. Uczestnikom zakwalifikowanym do etapu III – finału zapewnia się odbycie próby z Akademicką Orkiestrą Kameralną AMKL.

JURY KONKURSU
§ 10

1. Jury Konkursu składać się będzie z wybitnych artystów muzyków wybranych przez Organizatora.

2. Jury Konkursu podejmuje decyzje w sprawach zakwalifikowania Uczestników do kolejnych etapów przesłuchań oraz decyzje o przyznaniu nagród regulaminowych.

3. Decyzje Jury Konkursu są ostateczne i nie przysługuje od nich odwołanie do Organizatora.

4. Szczegółowe zasady pracy Jury Konkursu zawiera Regulamin Pracy Jury Konkursu określony przez Jury Konkursu.

5. Wyniki Konkursu zostaną podane do wiadomości publicznej po zakończeniu III etapu – Finału i zakończeniu obrad Jury Konkursu.

NAGRODY
§ 11

1. Nagrodami regulaminowymi w Konkursie będą nagrody pieniężne ufundowane przez Organizatora. Łączna minimalna pula nagród regulaminowych wynosi 77000 PLN.

2. Regulaminowe nagrody pieniężne zostaną przyznane trojgu najwyżej ocenionym finalistom Konkursu.

3. O ostatecznym podziale nagród zdecyduje Jury.

4. Jury ma prawo nie przyznać poszczególnych nagród regulaminowych.

5. Jury Konkursu może przyznać nagrody nieuwzględnione w Regulaminie.

6. Nagrody pieniężne podlegają opodatkowaniu zgodnie z przepisami prawa obowiązującymi w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Organizator dokona stosownych potrąceń należności publicznoprawnych z kwoty nagrody jeśli wynika to z obowiązujących przepisów prawa.

7. Nagrody nieuwzględnione w Regulaminie, w tym nagrody pieniężne i rzeczowe, ufundowane przez instytucje lub osoby prywatne winny być zgłoszone do Organizatora do końca dnia poprzedzającego dzień rozpoczęcia Konkursu tj. do dnia 21 listopada 2026 r. i muszą być zaakceptowane przez Organizatora. Nagrody te będą miały status nagród pozaregulaminowych. Fundatorzy nagród pozaregulaminowych zobowiązują się do przekazania nagród ich laureatom zgodnie z przepisami obowiązującymi w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za niewykonanie lub nienależyte wykonanie zobowiązania przez fundatorów nagród pozaregulaminowych.

8. Tytuł Laureata Konkursu przysługuje zdobywcom I, II i III nagrody.

9. Wszyscy Uczestnicy Konkursu otrzymają dyplom uczestnika Konkursu.

KONCERT LAUREATÓW
§ 12

1. Laureaci zobowiązani są do nieodpłatnego udziału w Koncercie Laureatów.

2. Program Koncertu Laureatów ustali Przewodniczący Jury Konkursu, w porozumieniu z laureatami, przy czym laureat I nagrody wykona utwór z towarzyszeniem orkiestry.

3. Odmowa wzięcia udziału w Koncercie Laureatów lub nieusprawiedliwiona nieobecność Laureata na Koncercie Laureatów oznacza rezygnację z nagrody pieniężnej.

4. O uznaniu przyczyny nieobecności na Koncercie Laureatów za usprawiedliwioną decyduje Organizator.

PRAWA AUTORSKIE, PRAWA POKREWNE, WIZERUNEK
§ 13

1. Kandydat, przesyłając Organizatorowi fotografie, notę biograficzną, życiorys oraz inne materiały w ramach zgłoszenia, oświadcza, że:
1) przysługują mu prawa lub uprawnienia niezbędne do przekazania tych materiałów Organizatorowi;
2) materiały te mogą być wykorzystane przez Organizatora w związku z organizacją, przeprowadzeniem i promocją Konkursu;
3) ich wykorzystanie przez Organizatora nie naruszy praw osób trzecich.

2. W zakresie, w jakim materiały przekazane przez Kandydata stanowią utwory w rozumieniu ustawy o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych, Kandydat udziela Organizatorowi nieodpłatnej, niewyłącznej licencji na korzystanie z nich w związku z organizacją, przeprowadzeniem, dokumentowaniem i promocją Konkursu, na następujących polach eksploatacji:
1) utrwalanie i zwielokrotnianie dowolną techniką, w tym cyfrową;
2) wprowadzanie do pamięci komputera, systemów informatycznych i baz danych;
3) publiczne wyświetlanie, odtwarzanie, wystawianie i udostępnianie;
4) rozpowszechnianie na stronach internetowych, w mediach społecznościowych, materiałach informacyjnych, promocyjnych i archiwalnych Organizatora.

3. Licencja, o której mowa w ust. 2, zostaje udzielona na czas nieoznaczony, bez ograniczeń terytorialnych, z prawem do korzystania przez Organizatora wyłącznie w celach związanym z Konkursem, jego dokumentacją, archiwizacją i promocją działalności Organizatora.

§ 14

1. Kandydat, a po zakwalifikowaniu do Konkursu także Uczestnik, wyraża zgodę na utrwalanie oraz zwielokrotnianie jego artystycznych wykonań, wypowiedzi i wywiadów utrwalonych w

związku z Konkursem oraz Koncertem Laureatów.
2. W zakresie artystycznych wykonań Uczestnik udziela Organizatorowi nieodpłatnej, niewyłącznej licencji na korzystanie z tych wykonań w związku z organizacją, przeprowadzeniem, dokumentowaniem, archiwizowaniem i promowaniem Konkursu oraz działalności Organizatora.

3. Licencja, o której mowa w ust. 2, obejmuje następujące pola eksploatacji:
1) utrwalanie i zwielokrotnianie artystycznych wykonań dowolną techniką, w tym techniką zapisu audiowizualnego, cyfrowego i elektronicznego;
2) wprowadzanie do pamięci komputera, serwerów, systemów informatycznych i baz danych;
3) publiczne odtwarzanie, wyświetlanie, nadawanie, reemitowanie oraz publiczne udostępnianie w taki sposób, aby każdy mógł mieć do nich dostęp w miejscu i czasie przez siebie wybranym;
4) rozpowszechnianie w Internecie, w tym na stronach internetowych Organizatora, w serwisach streamingowych, w serwisie YouTube oraz w mediach społecznościowych;
5) wykorzystanie w materiałach promocyjnych, informacyjnych, dokumentacyjnych i archiwalnych dotyczących Konkursu oraz działalności Organizatora.

4. W zakresie, w jakim wypowiedzi albo wywiady utrwalone w związku z Konkursem stanowią utwór w rozumieniu ustawy o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych, Kandydat lub Uczestnik udziela Organizatorowi licencji na korzystanie z tych utworów, w zakresie określonym w ust. 2 i 3, odpowiednio do ich charakteru.

5. Organizator jest uprawniony do dokonywania opracowań technicznych materiałów, o których mowa w ust. 1, w szczególności do:
1) montażu;
2) kadrowania;
3) skrótów;
4) dodawania napisów, tłumaczeń i elementów graficznych;
5) dostosowania formatu do wymogów technicznych poszczególnych kanałów publikacji, o ile nie prowadzi to do naruszenia dóbr osobistych Uczestnika.

6. Uczestnik zobowiązuje się wykonywać przysługujące mu prawa osobiste oraz prawa osobiste artysty wykonawcy w sposób nienaruszający uprawnień Organizatora wynikających z Regulaminu.

7. Z tytułu korzystania przez Organizatora z praw objętych niniejszym paragrafem Kandydatowi ani Uczestnikowi nie przysługuje odrębne wynagrodzenie, z zastrzeżeniem bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa.

§ 15

1. Kandydat, a po potwierdzeniu przyjęcia zgłoszenia do Konkursu także Uczestnik, wyraża zgodę na nieodpłatne utrwalanie i rozpowszechnianie swojego wizerunku utrwalonego w związku z:
1) postępowaniem kwalifikacyjnym;
2) udziałem w Konkursie;
3) udziałem w Koncercie Laureatów;
4) działaniami informacyjnymi, promocyjnymi, dokumentacyjnymi i archiwalnymi Organizatora dotyczącymi Konkursu.

2. Zgoda, o której mowa w ust. 1, obejmuje rozpowszechnianie wizerunku:
1) w materiałach drukowanych i elektronicznych;
2) na stronach internetowych Organizatora;
3) w mediach społecznościowych Organizatora;
4) w transmisjach i nagraniach audiowizualnych;
5) w materiałach prasowych, promocyjnych, sprawozdawczych i archiwalnych dotyczących Konkursu.

3. Zgoda zostaje udzielona nieodpłatnie, na czas nieoznaczony i bez ograniczeń terytorialnych, wyłącznie na potrzeby związane z Konkursem oraz działalnością promocyjną i archiwalną Organizatora.

4. Cofnięcie zgody na rozpowszechnianie wizerunku nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem wykorzystania dokonanego przed jej cofnięciem, z zastrzeżeniem przepisów powszechnie obowiązujących.

DANE OSOBOWE
§ 16

1. Administratorem danych osobowych Kandydatów, Uczestników i Laureatów jest Akademia Muzyczna im. Karola Lipińskiego we Wrocławiu, pl. Jana Pawła II nr 2, 50-043 Wrocław.

2. Kontakt z Inspektorem Ochrony Danych jest możliwy pod adresem e-mail: iod@amkl.edu.pl lub pisemnie na adres siedziby Administratora.

3. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w następujących celach:
1) przeprowadzenia postępowania kwalifikacyjnego do Konkursu;
2) organizacji i przeprowadzenia Konkursu;
3) kontaktu z Kandydatem lub Uczestnikiem w sprawach związanych z Konkursem;
4) publikacji informacji o zakwalifikowaniu do Konkursu, wynikach Konkursu oraz o Laureatach;
5) organizacji Koncertu Laureatów;
6) realizacji obowiązków podatkowych, rachunkowych, archiwalnych i sprawozdawczych;
7) dochodzenia roszczeń lub obrony przed roszczeniami;
8) dokumentowania i promowania Konkursu oraz działalności Organizatora.

4. Podstawą przetwarzania danych osobowych jest:
1) art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO – w zakresie niezbędnym do podjęcia działań przed zawarciem relacji organizacyjnej związanej z udziałem w Konkursie oraz jej realizacji;
2) art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO – w zakresie obowiązków prawnych ciążących na Administratorze;
3) art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO – w zakresie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu Administratora, polegającego na organizacji, dokumentowaniu, archiwizacji, promocji Konkursu oraz dochodzeniu roszczeń lub obronie przed nimi;
4) art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO – jeżeli w konkretnym zakresie przetwarzanie opiera się na zgodzie, w szczególności w odniesieniu do danych fakultatywnych albo w przypadkach, w których Administrator taką zgodę odbiera.

5. W zakresie wizerunku oraz materiałów audiowizualnych podstawą ich rozpowszechniania są odpowiednio przepisy ustawy o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych oraz oświadczenia składane zgodnie z Regulaminem.

6. Odbiorcami danych osobowych mogą być:
1) członkowie Jury;
2) osoby i podmioty współpracujące z Organizatorem przy organizacji Konkursu;
3) podmioty świadczące na rzecz Administratora usługi informatyczne, hostingowe, pocztowe, księgowe, prawne, transmisyjne, promocyjne oraz archiwizacyjne;
4) dostawcy narzędzi wykorzystywanych do elektronicznej obsługi zgłoszeń i publikacji materiałów;
5) organy publiczne i inne podmioty uprawnione na podstawie przepisów prawa.

7. Dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy wyłącznie w przypadkach i na zasadach przewidzianych w rozdziale V RODO, w szczególności w związku z korzystaniem z usług dostawców narzędzi informatycznych lub platform internetowych.

8. Administrator przetwarza w szczególności następujące kategorie danych:
1) dane identyfikacyjne;
2) dane kontaktowe;
3) dane dotyczące wieku i przebiegu działalności artystycznej;
4) wizerunek;
5) głos;
6) dane zawarte w nagraniach audiowizualnych;
7) dane niezbędne do przyznania i rozliczenia nagród.

9. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, lecz niezbędne do udziału w Konkursie. Niepodanie danych wymaganych przez Organizatora skutkuje brakiem możliwości udziału w Konkursie.

10. Dane osobowe będą przechowywane:
1) w przypadku Kandydatów niezakwalifikowanych – przez okres niezbędny do zakończenia postępowania kwalifikacyjnego oraz przez okres potrzebny do wykazania prawidłowości jego przeprowadzenia;
2) w przypadku Uczestników i Laureatów – przez okres niezbędny do przeprowadzenia Konkursu, publikacji wyników, organizacji Koncertu Laureatów, rozliczenia nagród oraz realizacji obowiązków archiwalnych i sprawozdawczych;
3) w zakresie materiałów dokumentacyjnych, promocyjnych i archiwalnych – przez okres odpowiadający celowi ich wykorzystania lub do czasu skutecznego wniesienia sprzeciwu albo cofnięcia zgody, jeżeli przetwarzanie odbywa się na podstawie zgody, chyba że dalsze przechowywanie wynika z przepisów prawa albo prawnie uzasadnionego interesu Administratora.

11. Osobie, której dane dotyczą, przysługuje prawo:
1) dostępu do danych;
2) sprostowania danych;
3) usunięcia danych – w przypadkach przewidzianych prawem;
4) ograniczenia przetwarzania;
5) przenoszenia danych – jeżeli podstawą przetwarzania jest zgoda albo umowa i przetwarzanie odbywa się w sposób zautomatyzowany;
6) wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania opartego na art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO;
7) cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie, jeżeli przetwarzanie odbywa się na podstawie zgody, bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania dokonanego przed cofnięciem zgody;
8) wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

USŁUGI ŚWIADCZONE DROGĄ ELEKTRONICZNĄ
§ 17

1. Organizator świadczy drogą elektroniczną usługę polegającą na umożliwieniu Kandydatom:
1) zapoznania się z informacjami o Konkursie;
2) złożenia zgłoszenia za pośrednictwem Formularza zgłoszeniowego;
3) prowadzenia korespondencji związanej z Konkursem.

2. Korzystanie z usługi, o której mowa w ust. 1, wymaga:
1) dostępu do sieci Internet;
2) posiadania aktywnego adresu poczty elektronicznej;
3) korzystania z urządzenia i oprogramowania umożliwiającego przeglądanie stron internetowych oraz wypełnienie Formularza zgłoszeniowego.

3. Kandydat zobowiązany jest do korzystania z usług elektronicznych w sposób zgodny z prawem, dobrymi obyczajami oraz Regulaminem.

4. Zakazane jest dostarczanie przez Kandydata treści o charakterze bezprawnym.

5. Organizator dokłada należytej staranności, aby korzystanie z usług elektronicznych przebiegało prawidłowo, z zastrzeżeniem przerw technicznych, awarii oraz ograniczeń wynikających z działania systemów teleinformatycznych niezależnych od Organizatora.

6. Reklamacje dotyczące usług świadczonych drogą elektroniczną mogą być składane drogą elektroniczną na adres wskazany przez Organizatora na stronie internetowej Akademii.

7. Reklamacja powinna zawierać:
1) imię i nazwisko zgłaszającego;
2) dane kontaktowe;
3) opis zgłaszanych zastrzeżeń.

8. Organizator rozpatrzy reklamację w terminie 14 dni od dnia jej otrzymania, chyba że rozpoznanie sprawy w tym terminie nie będzie możliwe z przyczyn niezależnych od Organizatora.

POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE
§ 18

1. Przesłanie zgłoszenia do Konkursu jest równoznaczne z akceptacją Regulaminu.

2. Kandydat ponosi odpowiedzialność za zgodność z prawdą danych i oświadczeń złożonych w związku z udziałem w Konkursie.

§ 19

1. Organizator nie pośredniczy w uzyskiwaniu wiz ani innych dokumentów uprawniających do wjazdu lub pobytu w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

2. Uczestnicy samodzielnie organizują podróż, zakwaterowanie i pobyt, chyba że Organizator postanowi inaczej.

3. Uczestnicy są zobowiązani do samodzielnego ubezpieczenia siebie oraz instrumentów na czas podróży i pobytu w Polsce w związku z Konkursem.

§ 20

1. Organizator może wprowadzić zmiany do Regulaminu wyłącznie z ważnych przyczyn, w szczególności:
1) organizacyjnych;
2) prawnych;
3) technicznych;
4) wynikających z działania siły wyższej.

2. Zmiany Regulaminu są ogłaszane na stronie internetowej Akademii.

3. Organizator może odwołać Konkurs albo zmienić termin jego przeprowadzenia z ważnych przyczyn, w szczególności z powodu siły wyższej, zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa albo innych okoliczności uniemożliwiających jego przeprowadzenie.

§ 21

1. W przypadku sporządzenia Regulaminu w więcej niż jednej wersji językowej, rozstrzygające znaczenie ma wersja polska.

2. W sprawach nieuregulowanych w Regulaminie stosuje się przepisy prawa polskiego.

3. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem jego ogłoszenia przez Organizatora.

REGULATIONS
OF THE 2ND KAROL LIPIŃSKI INTERNATIONAL VIOLIN COMPETITION

GENERAL CONDITIONS
§ 1

1. These Regulations of the 2nd Karol Lipiński International Violin Competition determine the rules governing the conduct of the 2nd Karol Lipiński International Violin Competition organised by the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław.

2. The 2nd Karol Lipiński International Violin Competition will be held in Wrocław from 22 to 28 November 2026.

3. Whenever these Regulations of the 2nd Karol Lipiński International Violin Competition refer to:
1) Regulations – this shall mean these Regulations of the 2nd Karol Lipiński International Violin Competition;
2) Competition – this shall mean the 2nd Karol Lipiński International Violin Competition, as specified in §1(1);
3) Academy, Organiser or AMKL – this shall mean the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław;
4) Candidate – this shall mean a person who has submitted an application for the Competition;
5) Participant – this shall mean a candidate who has qualified to participate in the Competition.

4. The artistic direction of the Competition is held by Dr Hab. Paweł Jabłczyński, Prof. at AMKL.

5. The organisational management of the Competition is held by PhD Magdalena Ziarkowska-Kołacka.

CANDIDATES
§ 2

The Competition is open to violinists of all nationalities, born between 1991 and 2010, who meet the conditions specified in these Regulations. Winners of the previous editions of the Competition are not eligible to enter the Competition.

APPLICATIONS
§ 3

1. To enter the Competition, the Candidate has to submit by 20 September 2026 a complete application including:
1) a completed application form available at: https://forms.gle/cAyrfk6NFuXPLqPr6;
2) a short biographical note of the Candidate (up to approximately ½ of a standard A4 page, that is around 1,000 characters);
3) a copy of an official document indicating the Candidate’s date of birth;
4) 3 recent photographs of the Candidate, including at least one portrait photograph, to be used in competition publications (an electronic 300-1200 DPI version; accepted formats: JPG, GIF, BMP, JPEG);

5) the Candidate’s curriculum vitae including information on the Candidate’s most important artistic activities in the last three years;
6) an audio-video recording of the Candidate’s performance of:
a) one of the Caprices, Op. 10 by Henryk Wieniawski, excluding Caprice No. 1, or one of the Caprices, Op. 29 by Karol Lipiński;
b) one of the fugues from the Sonatas BWV 1001, 1003, 1005 by J.S. Bach with its preceding movement, or Chaconne from Partita BWV 1004 by J.S. Bach. The recording should be made in one take, with a single still camera, with no cuts between the pieces performed, no editing cuts during performance and no modifications to the track. The recording should show the full view of the Candidate so that he or she may be easily identified. The recording must be uploaded to YouTube in 1080P resolution, with the viewing option set to ‘non-public’ and with comments and rating disabled. The title of the recording should include the name of the Competition, the Candidate’s full name and the full titles of the pieces performed. The link to the recording should be provided in the application form;
7) confirmation of payment of the application fee of €120 to the bank account:

including the transfer title: The 2nd Karol Lipiński International Violin Competition application fee, and the Candidate’s full name. All costs related to the payment of the application fee shall be borne by the Candidate.

2. The application, as well as all correspondence related to the participation in the Competition should be in Polish or English. An application which does not meet the requirements specified in the Regulations may be left unexamined. The Academy shall not return documents and materials submitted by the Candidates.

3. The application for the Competition should be submitted using the electronic form available at: https://forms.gle/cAyrfk6NFuXPLqPr6.

4. Once a complete application has been received, the Academy will confirm receipt of the Candidate’s application for the Competition via the email address provided on the application form.

COMPETITION PROCEEDINGS
§ 4

1. The competition comprises:
1) preliminary round,
2) competition auditions.

2. The preliminary round comprises selection for the competition auditions based on the applications and recordings referred to in § 3(1)(6), assessed by the jury of the preliminary round, whose members are appointed by the Organiser. The detailed rules governing the work of the jury are specified in the Regulations for the Work of the Preliminary Round Jury, as determined by the jury.

3. The 20 Candidates who obtain the highest score in the preliminaries will be admitted to the Competition.

4. The list of Candidates admitted to the competition auditions shall be made public and announced on the Academy’s website no later than on 30 September 2026.

COMPETITION AUDITIONS
§ 5

The competition auditions shall be open to the public and will be held in three rounds:
1) 1st round,
2) 2nd round,
3) 3rd round – the Finals.

§ 6

1. The repertoire of the 1st round of the auditions includes:
1) one of the Caprices, Op. 1 by Niccolo Paganini, excluding Caprices Nos. 13, 14, 16 and 20 or one of the Caprices, Op. 10 by Henryk Wieniawski, excluding Caprice No. 1;
2) one of the Caprices, Op. 29 by Karol Lipiński;
3) one of the fugues from the Sonatas BWV 1001, 1003, 1005 by J.S. Bach with its preceding movement, or Chaconne from Partita BWV 1004 by J.S. Bach.

2. The repertoire of the 2nd round of the auditions includes:
1) one of the Sonatas for piano and violin by the following composers:
– L. van Beethoven – Sonata No. 7 in C minor Op. 30 No. 2; Sonata No. 8 in G major Op. 30 No. 3; Sonata No. 9 in A minor Op. 47 “Kreutzer Sonata”;
– R. Schumann – Sonata No. 1 in A minor Op. 105;
– J. Brahms – Sonata No. 1 in G major Op. 78; Sonata No. 2 in A major Op. 100; Sonata No. 3 in D minor Op. 108;
– E. Grieg – Sonata No. 3 Op. 45;
– M. Gąsieniec – Sonata for violin and piano (PWM cat. no. 12746);
– C. Debussy – Sonata in G minor L. 140,
– G. Fauré – Sonata No. 1 in A major Op. 13;
– C. Franck – Sonata in A major;
– S. Prokofiev – Sonata No. 1 in F minor Op. 80; Sonata No. 2 in D major Op. 94a;
– M. Ravel – Sonata in G major;
– G. Bacewicz – Sonata No. 4;
– I.J. Paderewski – Sonata in A minor Op. 13;
– K. Szymanowski – Sonata in D minor Op. 9;
2) a freely chosen virtuoso piece for solo violin or for violin with piano
accompaniment, lasting no longer than 15 minutes;
3) a contemporary piece for solo violin, composed specifically for the 2nd Karol Lipiński International Violin Competition (the score will be sent to qualified participants one month before the competition begins).

3. The repertoire of the 3rd round of the auditions – the Finals – includes:
1) Rondo alla Polacca in E Major, Op. 7 by K. Lipiński;
2) one of the following violin concertos:
– J. Brahms – Violin concerto in D major Op. 77;
– M. Karłowicz – Violin concerto in A major Op. 8;
– F. Mendelssohn – Violin concerto in E minor Op. 64;
– J. Sibelius – Violin concerto in D minor Op. 47;
– H. Wieniawski – Violin concerto No. 2 in D minor Op. 22;
– K. Szymanowski – Violin concerto No. 1 Op. 35.

§ 7

1. The Participant shall specify the works selected for performance in the competition auditions in the application form.

2. The pieces selected for performance in the competition auditions must be performed from memory, with the exception that in the 2nd round of the auditions, it is permissible to perform the sonata with piano accompaniment from the score.

§ 8

1. The draw for the order of Participants’ performances in the 1st round of the Competition shall take place on 20 November 2026. The order of performances will be announced on the Academy’s website.

2. The Artistic Director of the Competition reserves the right to change the order of the Participants’ performances on a given day for organisational and programme reasons.

3. A maximum of 12 Participants will be qualified for the 2nd round of the Competition.

4. A maximum of 6 Participants – the finalists – will be qualified for the 3rd round of the Competition – the Finals.

§ 9

1. The Academy will provide Participants with access to practice rooms, subject to the Academy’s organisational capacity.

2. The Academy will provide Participants with a collaborative pianist; however, to take advantage of this opportunity, participants must indicate this on the application form.

3. Participants who have qualified for the 3rd round – the Finals – will perform with the Academic Chamber Orchestra of the AMKL. Participants who have qualified for the 3rd round – the Finals – will be guaranteed a rehearsal with the Academic Chamber Orchestra of the AMKL.

COMPETITION JURY
§ 10

1. The Competition Jury shall consist of eminent musicians selected by the Organiser.

2. The Competition Jury decides on the qualification of Participants for subsequent stages of the auditions and on the awarding of statutory prizes.

3. The Jury’s decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

4. Detailed rules for the Competition Jury’s work are specified in the Rules of Procedure of the Jury, as determined by the Competition Jury.

5. The results of the competition will be announced publicly after the completion of the 3rd round – the Finals – and the conclusion of the Competition Jury’s deliberations.

PRIZES
§ 11

1. The statutory prizes in the Competition are cash prizes funded by the Organiser. The total minimum pool of statutory prizes is PLN 77,000.

2. The statutory cash prizes will be awarded to the three highest ranked finalists of the Competition.

3. The final award of the prizes shall be decided by the Competition Jury.

4. The Jury has the right not to award individual statutory prizes.

5. The Competition Jury may award prizes not specified in these Regulations.

6. Cash prizes are subject to taxation in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Poland. The organiser will deduct the relevant statutory charges from the prize amount where required by applicable law.

7. Prizes not specified in these Regulations, including cash and in-kind prizes funded by institutions or individual persons, should be reported to the Organiser by the end of the day preceding the day of the beginning of the Competition, that is by 21 November 2026, and approved by the Organiser. These shall be considered non-statutory prizes. The funders of the non-statutory prizes undertake to deliver the prizes to the winners in accordance with the Polish law. The Organiser shall not be liable for the non-fulfilment or undue fulfilment of their obligations by the funders of the non-statutory prizes.

8. The Participants awarded the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes shall hold the title of the Winner of the Competition.

9. All Participants of the Competition shall receive participation diplomas.

WINNERS’ CONCERT
§ 12

1. Winners are required to take part in the Winners’ Concert free of charge.

2. The programme of the Winners’ Concert shall be determined by the Chairman of the Competition Jury in consultation the Winners; the 1st Prize Winner shall perform a piece with the orchestra.

3. Refusal to take part in the Winners’ Concert or a winner’s unexcused absence from the Winners’ Concert shall result in forfeiture of the cash prize.

4. The Organiser shall decide whether the reason for absence from the Winners’ Concert is valid.

COPYRIGHT, RELATED RIGHTS, IMAGE
§ 13

1. By submitting photographs, a biographical note, a CV and other materials to the Organiser as part of their application, the candidate declares that:
1) they hold the necessary rights or authorisations to provide these materials to the Organiser;
2) these materials may be used by the Organiser in connection with the organisation, conduct and promotion of the Competition;
3) their use by the Organiser will not infringe the rights of third parties.

2. To the extent that the materials submitted by the Candidate constitute works within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights, the Candidate grants the Organiser a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use them in connection with the organisation, conduct, documentation and promotion of the Competition, in the following fields of exploitation:
1) recording and reproduction by any means, including digital means;
2) storage in computer memory, IT systems and databases;
3) public display, playback, exhibition and making available;
4) dissemination on the Organiser’s websites, social media, and informational, promotional and archival materials.

3. The licence referred to in section 2 is granted for an indefinite period, without territorial restrictions, and entitles the Organiser to use it solely for purposes related to the Competition, its documentation, archiving and the promotion of the Organiser’s activities.

§ 14

1. The Candidate, and upon qualifying for the Competition also the Participant, consents to the recording and reproduction of their artistic performances, statements and interviews recorded in connection with the Competition and the Winners’ Concert.

2. With regard to artistic performances, the Participant grants the Organiser a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use these performances in connection with the organisation, conduct, documentation, archiving and promotion of the Competition and the Organiser’s activities.

3. The licence referred to in section 2 covers the following fields of exploitation:
1) the recording and reproduction of artistic performances by any means, including audiovisual, digital and electronic recording;
2) the storage in computer memory, on servers, in IT systems and in databases;
3) public performance, display, broadcasting, rebroadcasting and making available to the public in such a way that anyone may have access to them at a place and time of their choosing;
4) distribution on the Internet, including on the Organiser’s websites, on streaming services, on YouTube and on social media;
5) use in promotional, informational, documentary and archival materials relating to the Competition and the Organiser’s activities.

4. To the extent that statements or interviews recorded in connection with the Competition constitute a work within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights, the Candidate or Participant grants the Organiser a licence to use such works, within the scope specified in sections 2 and 3, in accordance with their nature.

5. The Organiser is entitled to make technical adaptations to the materials referred to in section 1, in particular to:
1) edit;
2) crop;
3) create highlights;
4) add subtitles, translations and graphic elements;
5) adapting the format to the technical requirements of individual publication channels, provided this does not infringe upon the Participant’s personal rights.

6. The Participant undertakes to exercise their personal rights and the personal rights of the performing artist in a manner that does not infringe upon the Organiser’s rights under these Regulations.

7. The Candidate or Participant shall not be entitled to separate remuneration for the Organiser’s exercise of the rights covered by this paragraph, except for the provisions of mandatory law.

§ 15

1. The Candidate, and following acceptance of the application to the Competition, the Participant, consents to the recording and dissemination, free of charge, of their image captured in connection with:
1) the qualification process;
2) participation in the Competition;
3) participation in the Winners’ Concert;
4) the Organiser’s information, promotional, documentation and archiving activities relating to the Competition.

2. The consent referred to in section 1 covers the dissemination of the image:
1) in printed and electronic materials;
2) on the Organiser’s websites;
3) on the Organiser’s social media;
4) in broadcasts and audiovisual recordings;
5) in press, promotional, reporting and archival materials relating to the Competition.

3. Consent is granted free of charge, for an indefinite period and without territorial restrictions, solely for purposes related to the Competition and the Organiser’s promotional and archiving activities.

4. Withdrawal of consent to the dissemination of the image does not affect the lawfulness of any use made prior to such withdrawal, with the exception of generally applicable laws.

PERSONAL DATA
§ 16

1. The Controller of the personal data of Candidates, Participants and Winners is the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, pl. Jana Pawła II 2, 50-043 Wrocław, Poland.

2. Contact with the Data Protection Officer can be made via email at: iod@amkl.edu.pl or in writing to the administrator’s office address.

3. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
1) to conduct the qualification process for the Competition;
2) to organise and conduct the Competition;
3) to contact Candidates or Participants regarding matters related to the Competition;
4) to publish information regarding qualification for the Competition, the results of the Competition and the Winners;
5) to organise the Winners’ Concert;
6) to fulfil tax, accounting, archiving and reporting obligations;
7) to pursue claims or defend against claims;
8) to document and promote the Competition and the Organiser’s activities.

4. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
1) Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – to the extent necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contractual relationship relating to participation in the Competition and the performance of that relationship;
2) Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – to the extent of the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller;
3) Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – to the extent of the Controller’s legitimate interest, consisting in the organisation, documentation, archiving and promotion of the Competition, as well as the pursuit of claims or defence against them;
4) Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – where, in specific instances, processing is based on consent, in particular with regard to optional data or in cases where the Controller obtains such consent.

5. With regard to images and audiovisual materials, the basis for their dissemination is, respectively, the provisions of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights and the declarations made in accordance with these Regulations.

6. The recipients of personal data may include:
1) members of the Jury;
2) individuals and entities cooperating with the Organiser in the organisation of the Competition;
3) entities providing IT, hosting, email, accounting, legal, broadcasting, promotional and archiving services to the Controller;
4) suppliers of tools used for the electronic processing of entries and the publication of materials;
5) public authorities and other entities authorised under the law.

7. Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only in the cases and in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter 5 of the GDPR, in particular in connection with the use of services provided by IT tool providers or online platforms.

8. The Controller processes, in particular, the following categories of data:
1) identification data;
2) contact details;
3) data concerning age and artistic career;
4) image;
5) voice;
6) data contained in audiovisual recordings;
7) data necessary for the awarding and accounting of prizes.

9. The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for participation in the Competition. Failure to provide the data required by the Organiser will result in the inability to participate in the Competition.

10. Personal data will be retained:
1) in the case of non-qualified Candidates – for the period necessary to complete the selection process and for the period required to demonstrate that it was conducted correctly;
2) in the case of Participants and Winners – for the period necessary to conduct the Competition, publish the results, organise the Winners’ Concert, settle the prizes, and fulfil archiving and reporting obligations;
3) in respect of documentary, promotional and archival materials – for a period corresponding to the purpose of their use or until an objection is effectively lodged or consent is withdrawn, if processing is based on consent, unless further storage is required by law or is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Controller.

11. The data subject has the right:
1) to access the data;
2) to rectify the data;
3) to erase the data – in cases provided for by law;
4) to restrict processing;
5) to transfer data – where the basis for processing is consent or a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means;
6) to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
7) to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent;
8) to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

SERVICES PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY
§ 17

1. The Organiser provides an electronic service enabling Candidates to:
1) view information about the Competition;
2) submit an application via the application form;
3) conduct correspondence relating to the Competition.

2. Use of the service referred to in section 1 requires:
1) access to the internet;
2) a valid email address;
3) the use of a device and software enabling the browsing of websites and the completion of the application form.

3. The Candidate is obliged to use electronic services in a manner consistent with the law, good practice and these Regulations.

4. The Candidate is prohibited from providing unlawful content.

5. The Organiser shall exercise due care to ensure that the use of electronic services proceeds correctly, with the exception of technical interruptions, failures and limitations arising from the operation of ICT systems beyond the Organiser’s control.

6. Complaints regarding services provided electronically may be submitted electronically to the address indicated by the Organiser on the Academy’s website.

7. A complaint should include:
1) the complainant’s full name;
2) contact details;
3) a description of the issues raised.

8. The Organiser will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt, unless it is not possible to do so within this timeframe for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control.

FINAL PROVISIONS
§ 18

1. Submission of an application to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.

2. The Candidate is responsible for ensuring that the information and statements provided in connection with their participation in the Competition are true and accurate.

§ 19

1. The Organiser does not assist in obtaining visas or other documents entitling holders to enter or stay in the Republic of Poland.

2. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation and stay, unless the Organiser decides otherwise.

3. Participants are required to take out their own insurance covering themselves and their instruments for the duration of their journey and stay in Poland in connection with the Competition.

§ 20

1. The Organiser may modify these Regulations only for valid reasons, in particular:
1) organisational reasons;
2) legal reasons;
3) technical reasons;
4) reasons arising from force majeure.

2. Any modifications to these Regulations shall be published on the Academy’s website.

3. The Organiser may cancel the Competition or change the date on which it is to be held for valid reasons, in particular due to force majeure, a security threat or other circumstances preventing its conduct.

§ 21

1. If these Regulations are prepared in more than one language, the Polish version shall prevail.

2. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

3. These Regulations shall enter into force on the date of their publication by the Organiser.
